This policy explains what VOW (Valley of Wealth) collects, why, and how long we keep it. We only collect what the service needs.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name, age confirmation and the time you gave it.
• Preferences: language, currency and notification settings.
• A tracking code that links your visits to a partner bookmaker back to your account.
• Deposit screenshots you upload when requesting VIP access.
• Usage data such as which tips you opened and which bookmaker links you clicked.

Deposit screenshots

Screenshots are stored in private storage and are visible only to you and to VOW reviewers. They are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after upload. Only the review result (approved or rejected, and the reason) is kept after that.

Why we use it

To run your account, publish and personalise tips, verify VIP requests, reconcile affiliate commissions with partner bookmakers, and meet our legal obligations, including age verification.

Sharing

We share only the tracking code with partner bookmakers so a deposit can be matched to your VIP request. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

• Access, correct or export your data.
• Delete your account and personal data from your account settings.
• Withdraw consent for notifications at any time.
